Sauna

With three custom built sauna offerings, there is something for everyone.

Traditional Finnish Sauna

Typically between 160-200F, our traditional Finnish sauna is crafted with Canadian Hemlock for an even temperature distribution. Water is poured over heated stones to create steam. This helps boost circulation, supports cardiovascular health, and promotes deep sweating for detoxification and muscle recovery. A maximum time of 25 minutes is suggested to prevent excessive dehydration and loss of electrolytes.

Dry Sauna

Typically between 170-200F, the dry sauna operates at high temps with low humidity. This is ideal for reducing inflammation, improving skin health, and supporting lymphatic drainage through consistent deep sweating. Gentle stretching, dry brushing, and soft tissue work can be performed in the dry sauna.

A maximum time of 25 minutes is suggested to prevent excessive dehydration and loss of electrolytes.

Infrared Sauna

Typically between 110-140F, the infrared sauna differs from traditional saunas by not heating the air, but by using infrared light to penetrate the skin and warm the body directly. This allows for detoxification and therapeutic effects at lower temperatures and is a perfect way to introduce your body to sauna or still get the effects without intense heat.

The infrared sauna pairs perfectly with our lymphatic drainage body treatment.

A maximum time of 30-45 minutes is suggested to prevent excessive dehydration and loss of electrolytes.
