Wellness, without the noise.

White Fire is a refined sanctuary for movement, recovery, and renewal, set on more than ten acres just outside Columbia Falls, Montana. We bring together thermal wellness, therapeutic bodywork, skincare, physical therapy, movement, and restorative therapies in one thoughtfully designed space — because feeling well rarely comes from doing just one thing. Come for an hour. Stay for the day. Or settle in for the weekend. However you arrive, there is space here to move, rest, recover, and reconnect.

The reception room: a hemlock desk beneath the White Fire lockup, dark slat walls, and shelves of skincare on either side.

White Fire Wellness Spa was born from a deep calling — to create a space where transformation comes easily. Rooted in a belief that wellness and health come from a primal and natural instinct, we blend functional wellness with science and ancient wisdom to ignite vitality in every beautiful soul we serve.

White Fire is more than a wellness spa, it’s a sanctuary. Here you find a place to rest, rise, and return to yourself. Every offering is intentional, every detail curated. Because your wellness is not a luxury, it’s your birthright.

Come as you are. Leave radiating from within.

We believe well-being doesn’t have to be complicated. Less stress. Less pressure. Less noise. Just thoughtful practices that help you feel good in your body — and live well in your life.

My journey with skin health began as a child in northeast Washington, raised by women who made their own skincare and medicine from local plants. I would gather herbs with my grandmother—a wise herbalist and home-birth midwife— curating salves and oils as a form of self care and connection with nature. Witnessing the impact of her natural remedies, inspired my purpose.

After graduating high school, I obtained my Esthetician License in 2022, opening my first business in my hometown. As I deepened my knowledge of lymphatic health, skincare ingredients and facial treatments, I was offered an opportunity to co-create a multifunctional holistic center called; The Earth House Co. I spent three years working alongside an incredible team of healers. When life took each of us in new directions, we closed that chapter in 2025 with gratitude and incredible experiences.

In October 2025, I dug up my roots and planted myself in Bigfork, Montana, to be closer to family and start again. I was often told, “You are gifted.” My passion grew beyond skin health.

At White Fire Wellness, I am not only dedicated to nourishing your skin, I am passionate about providing a transformative experience that ignites your inner light so that you can truly embody your radiant complexion.

I teach a variety of Vinyasa and YIN yoga classes for all ability and experience levels. My classes offer the invitation to meet you on your mat wherever you are. Expect to move mindfully, to breathe intentionally, and to deservedly rejuvenate your body, your mind, and your soul. Each moment in yoga is a new one; each breath is an opportunity to reset.

In my free time, you may find me sauntering through forests, nerding out of wildflowers, hiking mountains, enjoying cold dips in varieties of waters, skiing (downhill and cross country), gardening, dancing to live music, or traveling with my husband and/or circle of women friends. Life is a joy; I am grateful to live it to the fullest.

Fun Facts about me: I taught middle school English Language Arts for 25 years. I can do all sorts of accents.
